Privacy Policy
How RVA Digital Works handles your information — in plain language. Last updated 7 August 2026.
The short version
RVA Digital Works respects your privacy and collects as little information as possible. We do not sell or share your data, and we don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect
- First-party analytics. To understand how visitors use this site, we use our own analytics tool (RVA Digital Works “Signal”). It assigns your browser a random, anonymous ID stored on your own device — in your browser’s local storage, not a third-party advertising cookie — and records which pages you view. This stays anonymous unless you choose to contact us or submit a form.
- Information you provide. If you email us or submit a form, we receive the details you send — such as your name, email, phone number, or message — so we can respond.
How we use it
We use analytics to see which pages are useful and to improve the site, and we use the contact details you provide only to reply to you. We honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal, and we never sell or share your information.
Cookies & local storage
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. The analytics tool stores a single anonymous ID in your browser’s local storage; you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can browse this site without providing any personal information. Turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser to opt out of analytics, and contact us to request deletion of any information we hold about you.
